Program:

I have had a very successful work life integrating spiritual practice into my work and developing Integrative Health Programs in the places I have worked and I believe the practices in this program will increase your success in your work and life. Integrating our spiritual practice with our work is the most effective way to offer our gifts and serve from a place of balance.

The spiritual practices offered are from my own wisdom steam and teachings stemming from cross cultural shamanic practices taught to me by Angeles Arrien and others, Trauma healing practices, perinatal psychology and buddhist embodied practices, earth listening practices and more..

For people who want to develop these practices in particular for the field of perinatal work I offer an additional module and session to the 9 sessions listed here. 
 
This Mentor Circle will focus on the following ways of integration:
  1. Strengthen your relationship with your helpers and protectors.. 
  2. Teach you effective, swift practices before each session to identify how your energy is and what helper will be most useful for you in this session and to identify the client’s energetic needs in the session and which helper will be the most useful for them.
  3. Support you to develop after care swift practices to let go of carrying anything that is not yours from the session or address anything that iw yours that got evoked in the session.
  4. Reclaim and strengthen your relationship with your ancestors.
  5. Reclaim and support your relationship with mother earth.
  6. Offer you simple ceremony formats for your own personal and client’s healing, inner consultation and guidance..
  7. Introduce how our original imprints of embodiment, our own perinatal experiences, need and can be addressed in our lives and work and how to do that.
  8. Affirm the importance of pleasure and celebrating life as part of your self care and inherent capacity.
  9. Review Sustainability practices
 
Structure:
 
9 Zoom Consultation, Q&A and Practice Sessions of 1.5 hours every 3 weeks beginning in late August. Evening Sessions. Dates and Day to be determined by all our schedules😊 Will send poll.
9 Pre live session Teaching videos sent to you a few weeks before each session.
Spaces limited to 6 people to maximize individual response time
Fee: $99/session or $860 for full series

1-1 Sessions

Follows same format as above with more time for healing and consultation  as needed.
